9c5252fe3b Added collision check to the right side (only implemented to the left side intially).
Bounce of the ceiling is abit less aggressive.

7a89b05f8e Progress over >1 day.
- Added debug overlay.
- Added game scene.
  * Rendering of background, tiles, items & player.
  * Added levels (reading from text file).
  * No collision detection yet.
- Automatic resizing of fonts.
- Added sprites (animate textures).
- Lots of utility methods everywhere....
